COLOR

Robert Oster Tea Time is part of the Endless exclusive series called 'Cozy Comforts'. It was inspired by matcha tea. As someone who is not a tea drinker, I will have to take their word for it. It does have a green-brown color that I can associate with tea!

This ink is a bit of a shifty one. On some papers, like Tomoe River, it is a nice desaturated green. On others, it is more of a burnt yellow-gold.

CHARACTER

There is a decent amount of shading in this ink, even in fine or extra fine writing. It has a good amount of color variation on the page.

There is no sheen present with this ink. It is a very pleasant ink to use!

CONSISTENCY

Tea Time is an ink with normal flow. It's enough to get some variation with shading, but not so much that I have to worry about dry time.

It behaves really nicely with little to no feathering on most papers.

CONCLUSION

I find myself wishing that more papers would show off the greener tones in this ink. This would be good as both a springtime ink alongside bright colors as well as an autumn ink paired with more earthy tones. On its own, it's a bit of an odd color!

Robert Oster Tea Time is an Endless Pens exclusive.
