COLOR
Iroshizuku Chiku-rin is a lovely cheerful, slightly desaturated yellowish spring green. On some paper it leans a bit more yellow, and on others it takes on slightly more of a minty hue.

CHARACTER

This ink is light enough that it shades easily if the paper supports it. It is lubricated well enough that ink is easy to get on the paper, and therefore it shades nicely on most papers.
CONSISTENCY

I found this ink to be delightfully wet in a medium nib, but also very controlled. Even though a lot of ink was on the page, I didn't feel like it was going to be a messy disaster.
There are a few papers that showed significant feathering and bleedthrough with Chiku-rin. However, most writing was still legible.

CONCLUSION
Bright inks are always a gamble in my experience. They look amazing in swatches but can be so light or faded in use. Chiku-rin is definitely not one of those. It's a fun color that seems slightly different in color hue depending on what paper you use. It's not one I would recommend for cheaper paper, but would be amazing for fancy bullet journing.
