COLOR
Colorverse Cotton Blue is a medium denim blue with slight purple shading

CHARACTER

This ink has some moderate shading and no sheen.
CONSISTENCY

Cotton Blue seems to be a fairly dry ink, and behaved well on most papers. Even with an italic nib I didn't have as much bleedthrough as I expected.
Nebula, Clairefontaine, and Tomoe River paper

CONCLUSION
I am a fan of desaturated blues, and this ink is pretty nice. It starts to shift slightly out of the range of what I consider 'default blue ink' like what normally comes in blue ink cartridges. I wish it had a little bit wetter flow, as it occasionally gave me some issues.
