COLOR
Diamine Golden Ivy is a bright true green with golden shimmer.

CHARACTER

Golden Ivy has gold shimmer that shows up in most writing, and actually shows up nicely even when writing with a fine nib.
This ink also has a red sheen that shows on some papers. It's not an intense sheening ink, but it does show on slower drying papers pretty decently.
CONSISTENCY

This ink is actually pretty well lubricated. I wrote with a fine nib that was already pretty stiff, and didn't have much issues with flow. For being a shimmer ink, I was pretty impressed!

CONCLUSION
I've been on a shimmer ink kick lately, and I really like the Diamine Shimmertastic line. They always seem to be pretty well-behaved and don't immediately clog up pens. I like how bright the green base of this ink is, and the gold is a perfect pop of color to partner with it. The red sheen is also a great contrast, but I love that it doesn't overwhelm the green.
