COLOR
Colorverse Stars & Stripes is a beautiful blue ink with good amounts of shimmer and sheen. The base blue is a happy, bright Persian Blue that contrasts nicely with the other elements.

CHARACTER

The shimmer is a huge component of this ink. I love how it settles into the darker shaded/sheening sections of each letter and looks like stars.
This ink does sheen, but not to the extreme extent of something like Ferris Wheel Press' Tumbling Time Blue. It is nice to be able to see more of the blue base color, with the sheen only showing through on the borders of some letters, and even then only on some papers.
On papers that don't sheen, there is a quite lovely amount of shading present. The shading with the glitter showing looks particularly great!
CONSISTENCY

There is quite a lot of shimmer ink this ink. I feel like the base ink has normal flow, but the shimmer makes it prone to clogging pens.

CONCLUSION
Colorverse Stars & Stripes is just a fun celebration in a bottle. I love complicated inks - they might not be practical for daily use, but they stand out from the crowd when it comes to grabbing attention and adding a little extra special touch to a birthday card or journal entry.
