COLOR
Birmingham Pens Cherry Blossom is a plum-purple-pink. Depending on the paper, it can shift to a slightly cooler or slight warmer tone.

CHARACTER

This ink has fairly high shading, no shimmer, and no sheen.
CONSISTENCY

This ink is moderately dry but not frustratingly so. I find it easy to write with, and it's still lubricated enough that it shows decent shading. It does tend to bleed through on some papers, but feathering is fairly minimal.

CONCLUSION
This is an ink that can be hard to categorize. On most papers it is a plum purple, but on others it can be more of a berry pink. It's a decent ink and even in an Extra Fine nib it was readable.
