COLOR
Birmingham Pens Antique Sepia is a chromashading ink that changes its nature depending on the paper it is on. On most papers it is a light sandy brown, but on some it picks up more salmony-pink tones and on others it shifts to gray-green. It's also one of those quirky inks that looks differently when photographed versus scanned.

CHARACTER

This ink shades well, and on some papers the chromashading effect can be seen. On others it comes across as standard shading.
CONSISTENCY

I found this ink fairly dry in my experience. It is a fairly light ink, so I feel like I have a tendency to try to get more ink on the page to increase legibility.

CONCLUSION
There are many aspects that I love about Antique Sepia. I do wish that it was slightly darker - I actually enjoy it more after leaving it in a pen for a while to allow the ink to evaporate slightly. It's also interesting to see it change color while it dries, as the liquid ink looks more like a swampy green.
