COLOR
Agave is a bright blue-teal with the tiniest hint of red sheen. It is most similar to Ferris Wheel Press' Bluegrass Velvet, but ever so slightly more blue.

CHARACTER

This ink has moderate to high shading, and a slight touch of red sheen.
CONSISTENCY

Agave is a highly lubricated, wet ink. For whatever reason, this ink behaves fine on most papers EXCEPT Rhodia. It feathers like crazy on specifically Rhodia paper.
It is also prone to bleeding through on many papers.
Nebula, Clairefontaine, and Tomoe River paper

CONCLUSION
Because I like teal, I have a lot of teal inks. I like that Agave is able to fit in with other similar teals and still stand out. Because of the nature of inks, many in this color family seem to be high-sheeners. Since this ink barely has any sheen, the teal alone is able to stand out.
