VISUAL

The Pelikan Twist is definitely a unique design. It is a plastic pen made with a triangular profile that twists about 30 degrees from one end to the other. I like it! There are not many pens that go for crazy adventurous designs like this.
The Mystic Shine is colored with a purple/green duochrome paint. The shift is awesome and dramatic, and the twisted shape makes it even more interesting.
TACTILE
Even though this is a large pen, it is very lightweight. It is made of a very thin plastic that still is decently durable.
The shape makes this pen very interesting to hold. It's a pen that just draws attention to itself.
The section is a triangular, rubberized, ergonomic grip. It feels like it would be easy to hold, but I find that the finger grooves funnel my fingertips down closer to the nib than I usually find comfortable, and then my fingertips have issues with the 'walls' of the finger grip shape. I don't generally have trouble with other ergonomic grips in pens like the LAMY Safari, so I was surprised to find that I had issues with this one.
PRACTICAL

This nib is so incredibly smooth. I really like how it glides across the page. It is almost frictionless and it puts out a decent amount of ink.
As mentioned earlier, the grip gave me a bit of difficulty when writing. It's not unusable, but I have to hold the pen with extra intentionality to avoid having my fingers slip into an uncomfortable position.
Surprisingly given the shape, this pen can also post! It is pretty long when posted, but as it is so lightweight it's not too awkward. The posting isn't super deep or super secure, but it's enough to hold the cap out of the way while writing. Just don't expect it to stay on when moving the pen around a lot or when setting the pen down.

OVERALL
Pros:
Unique twisting aesthetic
Beautiful duochrome color!
Large but lightweight
Cons:
Grip takes some getting used to and really only works with a tripod grip style
Posting is not the greatest
This is a really fun starter pen! It has a number of weird quirks, but I really like how it looks and it still writes like a dream. It also feels pretty durable, even considering that it is just a thinner plastic. I have not yet experienced any issues with the finish chipping or
